Commonly Asked Questions
Does the In-House Transaction Management cost anything to the Office / Market Center? Whether that is Staff Time or money.
Nope. In-House Transaction Management, Productivity Coaching Program and Office Trainings / Classes are completely free. We do request some information upfront, however it is very minimal.
Does Avenue Transactions only work with Keller Williams Offices?
No! We work with any office, corporate or independent :)
How long does it typically take you to get integrated into the Office / Market Center?
Depending on the service, 30 days or less. For compliance, we can get setup in about a week or less (depending on how much has been setup or needs to get setup). For Transaction Coordination services, we can start immediately and then typically reach out to all agents for an initial outreach within a month. Same with teaching classes, we can schedule classes right away :)
