Olivia Roemer
Olivia started her Real Estate journey as a DFI (Director of First Impressions) at her local Keller Williams in Bradenton, FL. She found her passion for Leadership and Finance and quickly assumed the role MCA (Market Center Administrator) and has grown to become an expert within Keller Williams as an experienced MCA across 7 states.
Olivia Roemer started Avenue Transactions as a Lead Generator and managed all Clientele & Brokerages as a Remote MCA Manager as well as an MCA Trainor. Olivia remains an expert on financials and lead generation and helps Transaction Coordinators manage and scale their businesses as a Business Coach.

Megan Walz
Megan Walz entered the Real Estate Industry in early 2019 as a Real Estate Agent in Kansas & Missouri. Presented with the opportunity to move to Colorado, her and her husband moved to Colorado Springs late 2019 where she started as the MCA for KW Freedom. After meeting Olivia Roemer, the began to develop the idea for Avenue Transactions and launched it May of 2020.
Megan Walz started Avenue Transactions as a Transaction Coordinator and continues to manages files for over 25 states. She continues to manage back end systems and trains all new Transaction Coordinators and is an expert in all TC Systems and Processes. Megan coaches Transactions Coordinators on improvements to their systems, communication and scalable file load.

Tiffany Mashke
Tiffany is a service-minded Transaction Coordinator with nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Based in the picturesque Florida Panhandle, Tiffany brings a wealth of knowledge and meticulous attention to detail to every transaction she handles.
Tiffany has been with Avenue Transactions since February 2024. She remains as a mentor to new Transaction Coordinators within Avenue and a specialized Florida Transaction Coordinator.

Tracey Vogel
Tracey started her Real Estate Career in 2020 as a Transaction Coordinator for the #1 Producing Team in Denver, CO. She excels at multitasking and is very attentive to details. She enjoys teaching and over the years has helped trained many brand new agents and Transaction Coordinators. She lives in Superior, CO with her husband and three kids.
Tracey has been with Avenue Transactions since 2025 and is specialized in Colorado Contracts.

Sarah is from Savannah, Georiga and has 5+ Years of experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Real Estate Agent and as a New Construction Operations Manager.
As an Agent, Sarah found her passion in all the behind the scense work! She loves working with high capacity solo agents and building that tightknit working relationship.
She is a native to Savannah, with her husband and son. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family at the beach or at a Braves game!

Rowan has been working in Real Estate for the last 8 years as both an Agent and administrative role. She truly enjoys the fast-paced and detail-orientated nature of the industry and is involved in the industry professionally and personally.
Rowan on the side is a certifcated Equine Massage Therapist and enjoys her time with her horses!

Brittany is from Pennslyvania and is a dedicated Transcation Coordinator who brings organization, efficency and clear communication to every transaction she supports.
She works closely with agents and clients to help ensure each step of the contract-to-close process runs smoothly!

With over a decade of experience in real estate operations, supporting the successful closing of hundreds of transactions across the US, Kylie brings deep expertise in transaction coordination, compliance, and systems development. She has a proven track record of transforming chaos into operational excellence and elevating customer service while maintaining a human-centered approach.
Outside the office, she's most at home outdoors. You’ll find her traveling, hammocking, hiking or enjoying the sunshine with her dog, Charlie.

Aaron has been a practicing real estate broker in Colorado since 1987. Through his long career he has served in many capacities, but Aaron's greatest passion is education. It is because of that passion that he works tirelessly to provide an exceptional level of real estate education for people striving to obtain their real estate license.
Aaron has been with Avenue Transactions since January 2023 and is a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Rheanna began her real estate journey in 2017, gaining experience in Bookkeeping, Business Operations and Programming as an Accountant and MCA in Utah. Outside of work, Rheanna enoys exploring new technologies and spending time with her family.
Rheanna has been with Avenue Transactions since October 2024. As a dedicated remote MCA, Rheanna has a passion for helping agents succeed and grow their business.
